About Dirk Verbeuren

I'm a professional drummer and drum teacher for 15 years, including 10 years at France's prestigious Music Academy International. I'm an expert in all genres of metal and experienced in rock, funk, hip-hop, electronic, pop, blues and fusion. Managing a band, touring and studio session work are my daily life. I run my own Die Crawling Studio and specialize in acoustic and electronic drums. I'm also a guitarist and songwriter. My lessons are tailored to fit to your specific needs, from technique, independence, coordination and building speed to business, songwriting, band advice and using the latest tools such as Toontrack's Superior Drummer.
