Testing Connection

The System will test your connection to maximize the settings and give you the best experience possible. If your connection is not strong enough, follow the instructions on your lesson's information page.

Test your internet connection speed by clicking here: SPEEDCHECK . A minimum speed of 500 kbps (download and the upload) is recommended.  Connection speeds may vary at different times of day.  A higher internet connection speed is preferred.

If you are using a wireless connection, you may be able to improve your connection speed by plugging directly into your internet modem.

Allow/Deny

For your privacy, the camera and microphone are not automatically accessed. To do this:

1. Click "Allow" to turn on your camera. You should be able to see yourself in the bottom right of the video chat screen

2. If your camera does not turn on or you cannot see yourself click Video Chat Help and scroll through to read about your camera settings
